For Customers

The cost of car valeting can vary greatly depending on the type of service you require and the valeter you choose. There are a wide range of services available, from basic washes to comprehensive detailing packages, and each valeter sets their own prices. Luckily, on the Click Valet platform, we have a large number of verified valeters who have itemised price lists, making it easy for you to compare options and pick a service that suits your specific needs and budget. Whether you’re looking for a quick refresh or a full interior and exterior detail, you’ll find a valeter and a price point that works for you.

Booking through Click Valet is a breeze! Just search for valeters in your area, choose the service or services you need from your chosen valeter, and select a date and time that works for you. You can book and pay securely right through the platform. The valeter will receive a notification informing them of their booking.

Verified valeters have been manually verified by our team to make sure they’re authentic. We try to only keep the best valeters on the platform, but we also advise checking their previous reviews. Customers can only make reviews once they have purchased a valeter’s service.

Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you’re not happy with the service you receive, just reach out to me directly and I’ll do everything I can to make it right. I will contact the valeter and see what has happened and create a case.

All payments are processed securely through the Click Valet platform by using Stripe payment gateway. You can pay with your credit or debit card when you book your service, so there’s no need to worry about cash or awkward payment exchanges.

Yes, you can cancel your booking. However, you will not be able to cancel if it is less than 24 hours before your booking, during, or after your booking. This is to make sure that it is both fair for the valeter and the customer.

You can park your car anywhere as long as there is enough space for the valeter to park next to it and there is enough room for someone to safely move around the car to clean it.

Yes, it is advised to empty your car before the valeter arrives.

If a valeter is over 30 minutes late, we will be able to process a refund for you once proof has been provided and we have spoken with the valeter.

Poor weather conditions may lead to your valet being rescheduled. Your valeter will reach out and advise if the weather is an issue.

Within the bookings section of the website, you will see a cancel button. This, however, will not be visible 24 hours prior to your valet to protect the valeter.

The 18% booking fee is non-refundable, but as long as you have cancelled more than 24 hours before your valet, the rest will be refunded directly back into your account within 4-7 working days.

For Valeters

Signing up is easy! Simply click here to get started. You’ll then have to sign up and will be guided through the registration process. Once completed, your free listing will be created. However, to start taking bookings, we will first have to manually verify your listing for quality and authenticity.

I believe in fair pricing for everyone. That’s why I only take a modest 18% commission on bookings made through the platform – which is a lot lower than other services out there.

When a customer books your service through Click Valet, the payment is processed automatically and securely through the platform using Stripe’s payment gateway. You’ll receive your earnings (minus the 18% commission) directly into your account.

If a customer raises a concern, I’ll work with you to understand what happened and find a solution. My goal is to support you in delivering top-quality service and growing your business.

A customer can only claim a refund up to 24 hours before the service. If this time has passed and the service has been provided, they will not be able to claim a refund, but they will be able to raise a dispute. Our team will then look into the dispute to see if their refund is fair. We do not refund customers until we have spoken to both the customer and the valeter.
