Marlon Washington here from Washington Detail in Wigston. Let me tell you a bit about myself and how I got into the car valeting and detailing business. It all started way back in my early 20’s when I first got into valeting. I spent about 5 years doing that before deciding to try something new. Fast forward 15 years and even though I was working in a different field, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing. During that time, I still enjoyed looking after my own cars and would spend my weekends detailing them. It always gave me a great sense of satisfaction and I would often get compliments on how good they looked.

So, here I am now, 15 years later, starting up my own mobile car detailing and valeting business. I’m hoping to get that same sense of job satisfaction back that I had all those years ago. In the beginning, it’s just going to be me doing the valeting and detailing, with some help from my partner who’ll be handling things in the office. Our goal is simple – to treat every car as if it’s our own. We know how much pride people take in their vehicles and we want to make sure they look their absolute best.
