Yes, you can cancel your booking. However, you will not be able to cancel if it is less than 24 hours before your booking, during, or after your booking. This is to make sure that it is both fair for the valeter and the customer.
Within the bookings section of the website, you will see a cancel button. This, however, will not be visible 24 hours prior to your valet to protect the valeter. The 18% booking fee is non-refundable, but as long as you have cancelled more than 24 hours before your valet, the rest will be refunded directly back into your account within 4-7 working days.
